About Me

Currently a student studying Computer Science. I am passionate about programming and am dedicated to building a strong foundation of skills and knowledge in this field. Prior to my studies, I gained valuable experience working in the customer service industry for almost 3 years, where I honed my communication and problem-solving skills.

Education

I am currently a first-year computer science student at Systems Plus College Foundation. With a current grade point average of 1.25, I am dedicated to achieving academic excellence and expanding my knowledge in the field of computer science.

Skills

I am proficient in the C programming language and have experience in web development, utilizing HTML and CSS, as well as Bootstrap for responsive design. I am also familiar with version control systems, specifically Git and Github, which I use to manage and collaborate on projects.

My mission is to constantly strive for growth and development in the field of computer science. I want to use my knowledge and skills to create innovative solutions that can make a positive impact on society. I believe that with hard work and determination, I can achieve this mission and make a meaningful contribution to the industry.

Work Experience

I have approximately 3 years of professional work experience.

May 2021 - Aug 2022 | (1 yr 4 mos) As a Tier II Technical Support Specialist for Desire2Learn (D2L), I provided expert technical support to end-users for the Learning Environment (Brightspace) via phone, chat, and email. I worked closely with team members to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and I assisted users with accessing and navigating the platform. I consistently maintained a 100% QA score and was recognized as a Stand Out Performer.

Dec 2019 - Dec 2020 | (1 yr 1 mo) As a Customer Service Associate at Sutherland, I had the opportunity to work on three lines of business: Integrated Service Model (ISM), Mobility Sales and Service (MSS), and AT&T Collections. In each of these roles, I maintained the utmost confidentiality when using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and provided excellent customer service by offering and selling AT&T services to new customers and providing technical support for existing customers.
